When you complete the contact or demo form, we process the information you provide yourself:
We do not collect more information than what you submit yourself.
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry, handle a demo booking and conduct any subsequent dialogue with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond to enquiries, as well as steps taken prior to a potential agreement when you contact us.
Form messages are sent to us by email and stored in our email system. We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. The data may be processed by the providers that host our website and email, acting as data processors.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your matter and any continued dialogue, and delete it thereafter. If you would like it deleted sooner, we will do so on request.
The public website uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing. Our logged-in customer portal (/kund/) uses a necessary session cookie required to keep you signed in – it is not used to track your behaviour.
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to object to or restrict the processing, and to receive your data (data portability). Contact us and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority (IMY).
